Rules and Regulations

1.      No hunting within 500 feet of any building.

2.      No hunting within 500 feet of any livestock.

3.      No hunting in any field containing un-harvested rice or any other un-harvested crop, whether posted or not.

4.      Hunters assume liability for injury to livestock or for any
property damage incurred by them.

5.      Where property is fenced and permission is granted to enter, enter only at gates. Close gates found closed.
 

  6.      Vehicles shall be parked so as not to obstruct traffic.

 7.      Vehicles are not to be driven in fields or yards without  permission.

 
8.      Vehicles will not be driven on un-graveled field roads or private  driveways. Do not drive on ANY dirt roads.
 

  9.      Hunters must wear armbands and possess identification cards  at all times while hunting in the area.

10.  Memberships are not transferable. Memberships transferred will be REVOKED.
 

 11.  No hunters or hunter's dogs are permitted in the fields before 8:00 a.m.
 

 12.  Even if duck season is open, no hunting is permitted except during the hours when pheasants may be taken. Membership does NOT include duck hunting.
 

 13.  Patrolmen are authorized to temporarily withdraw the membership of any hunter who disregards or ignores the above Regulations.
 

 14.  THE HEAD OF THE PATROL HAS THE AUTHORITY TO REVOKE MEMBERSHIP, IN WHICH CASE, MEMBERSHIP MAY BE REFUSED IN FUTURE YEARS.
 

 15.  Place the windshield sticker in the lower right-hand corner of your windshield.

16.  Planting Dates will be posted in the Butte County Rice Growers Office Window. Birds will not be banded.

17.  I hereby apply for membership in the Richvale Hunting Area, Inc. for the coming pheasant season. I agree to accept full responsibility for my Associate Members, and myself and to hold harmless the Richvale Hunting Area, Inc., and respective landowners, from any liability arising from our
actions. I further agree to abide by the Fish and Game laws as published by the State of California and the Rules and Regulations of the Richvale Hunting
Area, Inc. as listed above.
